We will be allowing 3 games (6 people) to be played at the shop at a time. This will ensure that there is 6’ spacing in-between all shopping areas and all gamers.
I’ll be allowing for people to sign up in advance for when they plan on meeting at the shop to play someone. In order to sign up you must have already spoken with your opponent and confirmed you can both make it. All time spots will be held for those in the JAC leagues until the day before.
To sign up, you can call the shop 330-475-7468, message me on the JAC Facebook page, message me on the JAC Games discord page, or message me on the JAC Forums. Those of you who have my cell can send me a text as well.
As people sign up, I will be maintaining the schedule on the JAC Games Forum Calendar. You can click on the calendar, or look in the Gaming Schedule forum in the JAC Games Forum to see if a day already has both tables signed up for the day you are interested in. Gaming spots will be held for league play up until the day before.
All gamers must follow the following rules.
1A. Don't show up if you have any symptoms!
1. Masks or face coverings must be worn at all times.
2. Hands must be sanitized or washed before beginning, and also during game play. At the minimum once an hour, preferably several times during the course of the game.
3. Do not touch your opponent’s models or dice.
4. Only 1 player is allowed at the table at a time. There is 4’ of natural distance from the table, but this isn’t enough, players must remain several more feet away
from the table while their opponent takes their turn to ensure 6 feet of space.
5. The shop’s battlefield terrain must be left on the table upon completion of the game. JAC Staff will spray it with disinfectant and put it away.
6. JAC staff will disinfect tables and chairs before and after every game.
7. No eating allowed at the shop. Players are not allowed to bring their lunch or dinner or any snacks in with them, and there are no snacks for sale. No food allowed.
8. You may bring in your own water bottles or beverages of choice. Drinks will not be sold.
9. Feel free to make any suggestions or recommendations for anything you feel will add to the general safety of everyone involved.
Thanks,
Chris
